Loud sounds when landing does not indicate the load of the body when running

Here's another video that addresses a common myth about running. Because it's very common for runners to believe that it's better to have a silent stride. That a lot of noise on landing says something about how heavy the stride is and how much it stresses the body. Because it sounds so logical that a quieter stride would be more gentle than one that is very loud. Fortunately, we have science to see if these claims are true. Always go where science leads you!

"The best money I have ever spent. Great mix of humour, practical technique and theory. It’s brilliant and I have been telling all my friends about it. I’ve knocked 30 secs off my average pace to 4:30 and at 53 I’m absolutely astonished how relaxed I feel running. It’s also really helped my cycling my adapting similar techniques and visualisation. Thanks so much.
